SESSION 1: Age Groups 13–14 and 15–18, Approximate timing: 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM

SESSION 2: Age Groups 7-8 and 6&Under, Approximate timing: 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM

SESSION 3: Age Groups 9–10 and 11–12, Approximate Timing: 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Here are the things you need to know:

• The visitors' side will be to the right, between Lane 1 and the restrooms. Five Oaks Stingrays should sit on the other side of the pool near the basketball court. We recommend bringing extra chairs for your family!
• We will have concessions! Taking cash and Venmo. Also feel free to bring your own snacks, just NO GLASS.
• The meet starts at 9:00 AM sharp. Stingray swimmers need to arrive in suits and fully sunscreened at 7:30 AM. Stretching is at 7:45, and we will be in the water to warm up at 8:00.
• For those of you who have signed up for Officials jobs - THANK YOU! (Timers, Judges, Runners, etc.). The Officials Meeting will start at 8:30 under the clubhouse deck. If you signed up for set-up, please arrive at 7:30.
• What to bring: towel, goggles, swim cap (if desired), water bottle, snacks, sunscreen.
• We will have a potluck lunch after the meet under the clubhouse deck. Bring what you'd like to share - anything goes!
